The Best Nail salon Around cocoa Beach. Very clean and professional. The ladies really do a great job taking care of your nails. The place is beautiful and all new furniture. Relaxing place So I really recommend you all to come and check it out. I really enjoyed my pedicure. ��������

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I came in with several girls from my wedding party, I was the bride. I came in the day before my wedding so it was one thing checked off my list (thinking the nail salon was professional enough to put good polish on my nails to last...and they barely lasted through the wedding....my thumb nail was chipping off that day). I was literally yelled at by the girl doing my nails after I reminded her the detail that I wanted. She stood up, yelled at me, the manager, and made a horrible scene in front of everyone in the salon. After her fit, not one employee apologized to me....and they were fully aware that I was the bride. What was supposed to be a fun, relaxing time at the nail salon, turned into a very stressful experience. The promised discount was not given to anyone and I was charged an extra $10 for my detail after I was yelled at by my nail lady.

When I emailed the manager, he said he had apologized (I clearly remember him sitting behind his nail desk looking like a 5yr old who just got yelled at by his mom, not acting professional at all with any sign of an apology). I asked that all my wedding party get a 50% refund for the way we were treated and to not give me a certificate because we, nor will anyone I know be returning to the establishment. His response was "*The final Decision that I'll give you a Gift Certificate for pedi/mani , you can use in the future or give to a friend or family to use it" and that he will not be giving any refund. He did say that he fired the woman the next day for her attitude and unprofessional service, but where does that leave me?

I was visiting from Atlanta for a wedding and walked in. I thought it was nice when I was there but as I was getting my nails done the price kept going up and up and up. I had a full set of acrylic nails done and 3 days later they all came off!!! Unfortunately I had already traveled back to Atlanta so I couldn't show the shop owner my nails but I did call and ask that he credit $40 of the $82 I spent but he said no, he would not help me. I do not make a habit of getting my nails done in other cities and then call days later to get charges reversed, as he suggested. In fact, I have never done this in my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Poor service and crap product.

They charge extra to put a little exfoliating cream on your legs when other salons just add it into the lotion if you want it. Also horrible experience with the way they waxed my chin. Just asked for upper lip and chin and I pointed where I wanted it, she didn't listen and put wax on the sides of my face as well. I told her no don't put it there and she said she won't take it off. Sure enough she did it anyway. NEVER WILL I GO BACK.
