      CenClear offers mental health and drug and alcohol addiction treatment services at this office. CenClear is headquartered in Bigler, PA. CenClear was formed in 1980 to provide Head Start preschool services to children in Centre and Clearfield counties. We then expanded our services to offer other early childhood services to pregnant moms and children up to age 3, and mental health and drug and alcohol services to all ages. CenClear has services in 15 counties, services vary by location.
