Waited 15 minutes for our waiter. Everyone in the restaurant had to ask for silverware. Waited for over an hour for our food, The steak wasn't cooked right. Wrong dishes were being delivered. We left without eating. All anyone could say was I am sorry, we are busy. Most restaurans would expect to be busy on a Friday night. We will not return.

Very very bad rude staff bad food. Why bother to rebuild without a good staff????

I have been anticipating the return of K-bobs for a while now, and I am heart broken!!!



We went to sit in the bar area while waiting for our table. We then figured since we were settled, we would eat in that area. We ordered drinks and our food. My guests got their soft drinks quickly, but it took 20 minutes for me to get my cocktail! The salad bar was good, but many of the items did not have their own tongs. We ate our salads, and then proceeded to wait 45 minutes for our food! Every once in a while, the waitress would say, "it shouldn't be much longer. We finally pressed her and she said the manager was making sure our food got out quickly! Twice we got our hopes up when we were approached with food.... Nope, wrong table. The manager showed up with the food without a word about the delay. My husband's steak was cooked nicely, but my son's fajitas were a joke! 95 % veggies, 5% meat. My baked potato was cold, and my pork chop was so over salted, that was all I could taste. We got our check, and left quickly. It would have been nice if they had offered a discount or gift certificate or something for the wait. Nope. Nothing. We won't be back
