Scheduling. They frequently make scheduling mistakes here setting you up with a therapist who does not take your insurance then canceling at the last minute. This has happened to me twice. Then because you have not seen the therapist recently they cancel your appointment with the doctor at the last minute. If you walk in seven or eight minutes late they consider that missing an appointment but they take little ownership of their frequent mistakes. People need their medications and therapy. Both the client and the business need to work together to have a good experience and transaction. I am not surprised to see the poor reviews of this office.
