I retained Mr. Angel for a family emergency, paid the non refundable retainership fee but had to drop the proceedings. I have been unable to speak with him or his paralegal nor can I get a copy of the paperwork that he was supposedly working on. I also paid a fee for the filing of the documents of which he did not do
