Affidavits of service are returned to clients on a daily basis. We diligently monitor costs to provide you exceptional service at a competitive price. We have a full office staff, comprised of Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and Notaries who are highly trained and well versed in all statutes, procedures and timelines regarding the service of Legal Process. We personally answer every call in office, there are no missed calls or cellular calls. We have nine Process Agents locally, with up to 29 years of experience. The benefit of having multiple servers, allows us to respond to your Rush requests at a moments notice. If our servers call from the road with a bad address we have the resources to locate and make service with out delay, as we employ "in house" skip tracing. Over the last 31 years we have established a network of over 2000 experienced Process Agents enabling us to serve anywhere in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada at anytime. We carry Professional Errors & Omissions and Liability Insurance to protect our clients interests. You may call for an appointment if you would like to drop off documents at our office. Our business is not a walk in business, most cases are handled through e-mail, U.S. Postal Service, Fedex/UPS and Courier pickup.

Amenities

We provide up-to-date status updates on your service. Our can provide you with Geo-Tagged photographs for attempts. Affidavits are returned to you within 24 to 48 hours of service of your docuemnts and we e-mail affidavits to our clients so that you will have a copy in-hand immediately.
