- Primary CareHe is strongly committed to medical education of residents, medical students, and PAs as Clinical Adjunct Faculty member of SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, RIT Physician Assistant Program in Rochester, LECOM School of Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania, and Clinical Adjunct Faculty of the UMMC Primary Care Residency program. Dr. Kaza is passionate about medical innovation and healthcare technology and is actively involved in several healthcare entrepreneurship projects. He has been a Harley School Board of Trustees member since 2015. He is a former Thompson Health Foundation Board member and former Chairman of the Department of Surgery at F. F. Thompson Hospital. Dr. Kaza sits on the AHP (Accountable Health Partners) Board of Directors. He is proud to be a Lifetime Member of the AAO-HNS Millennium Society. He is also currently a member of our Academy’s Practice Management Education Committee and former member of the Integrative and Complementary Medicine Committee.

- OtolaryngologyDr. Amy Saleh is Board Certified in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a participant in the Academy’s MOC (Maintenance of Certification) process. She is a native of western NY and graduated from Pembroke High School in 1999. She majored in Microbiology at the University at Buffalo and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2003. Dr. Saleh obtained her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY graduating in 2007. She completed a residency in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery in 2012 at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Saleh then relocated to the Rochester, NY and was in practice there for 3 years until joining Lakeside ENT and Allergy—Head and Neck Surgery.
- Reconstructive SurgeryDr. Obourn has authored or co-authored numerous publications, with a focus on Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Several of these can be found online through PubMed.
- RhinoplastyDr. Obourn is a board certified Head and Neck Surgeon and has completed fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Her interests include surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, skin cancer, and skin care. She is very excited to join the Lakeside group and offer an array of functional and cosmetic Facial Plastic and Reconstructive procedures.
- Plastic SurgeryHolly grew up outside of Rochester and returned to the area after completing her education. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. Holly then spent the last year completing a surgical fellowship for physician assistants at Rochester General Hospital where she had further training in multiple surgical specialties including ENT, general surgery, and plastic surgery.

- Sports MedicineDr. Obourn was born and raised in Victor, NY. She married her high school sweetheart Dr. Peter Obourn, who is now a Sports Medicine physician with the University of Rochester. She attended Grove City College in PA, obtaining a Bachelors in Molecular Biology in 2007. Dr. Obourn complete medical school education at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY in 2012. In 2017, Dr. Obourn completed her residency training in Head and Neck Surgery at Geisinger Medical Center in PA. She was subsequently honored by being chosen for a prestigious fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under the directorship of Dr. Edwin Williams III in Albany, NY.
