From primary care and pediatrics to women's health and laboratory services, our health center in Cleveland, TX, covers a wide range of services to meet your healthcare needs. Regardless of your ability to pay, we always prioritize high-quality care and are passionate about helping patients from all walks of life. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurances. Additionally, we have a sliding scale fee based on household income for those who are uninsured. Reach out to our office staff today to schedule an appointment!
