They were prompt and called with notice which was important to me. The tech was very respectful and very knowledgable. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a leak under are toilet leaking into are basement. So we called Sal’s first. This was are first plumbing issues. So we are new to home ownership. Sal’s came out next day. Told us upfront that it be $250 to pull the toilet and inspect. Then Quote us $2400 to replace lead / cast iron pipe and stack. This seem high so we called around to local plumbers and they offer free inspections and quotes one was for $600 and the other $175. We learned are lesson. Please call around before you agree.

I was initially unsatisfied with the service that was performed, but Sal made it right and I am now satisfied.

I had two leaks in my master bedroom shower leaking into the garage and my son's shower was leaking into the family room. My master bed room shower was all tile, floor to ceiling with glass block windows on one side surrounded by green marble tile. I got multiple estimates and all advised entire master bedroom shower needed to be ripped out completely down to the studs and redone from scratch. Severally plumbers had suggested my son's shower needed to be taken out as well. I decided to go with Sal's Heating and Cooling to not only fix the leaks but to remodel the bathroom and family room. What a great job they did. Very punctual every day arriving between 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., and worked most days until 5:00 p.m. This was a big several week job requiring drywall, painting and tile work in addition to fixing the plumbing leaks. I am very pleased with the professional looking result and would recommend them without reservation to not only do your plumbing but bathroom remodeling as well. They also fixed a couple of unrelated items while they were there without complaint. Great job guys! Thanks.

We called them in the middle of the night for service with No Heat. A real live person took my call and I was able to not have to sit around wondering if someone was coming or not. They said they would be there in an Hour and they were. The guy had the part on the truck installed it. It cost me under $200. I thought how fair. I will be keeping this number on my fridge for an emergency. Thank You Sal's for being honest and fair. Keep up the good work!
