      I made an appointment well over a week ago was told they would be out Friday July 22. I called a few days ago to add onto the work order. Today no one showed up, no one called or will return my phone call and no one will answer my E mail. I would not recommend this person for any repair work

      Hello Ken, I'm extremely sorry for any inconvenience you may have incurred. However, your review was not only, unkind to our family owned business, but it was also untrue. I did contact you and I also apologized as well to you for not being able to send a tech to your home. I explained to you that due to an extensive unforeseen injury to John. I would not be able to keep our scheduled date of service. I did return your calls and I did explain the circumstances. Yet, in spite of this, you left this very nasty and hurtful comment. This is not the same courtesy we gave you. I understand if you were angry, but we are people, not machines.....We do our very best to satisfy , but unfortunately, people can't be fixed immediately like irrigation can. This was a rare time that unfortunately set us back., but we try to do our best not to get injurred, sick, etc so we can offer our customers the top of the line service that they deserve. Again, I'm very sorry you are obvioulsy so bitter, but I did contact you and explained with an apology . Regardless, we would still like to wish you the best and hope you will forgive us.       Wonderful Company to due business with. I will never call anyone else for my irrigation problems. They were there when promised and even called before they came out which was very helpful considering my situation. For a great job and a great price they are definitely the people I will continue to do business with. Thank you again Angela and John
