Don't ever ask for a quote from these people, they will continually harass you with emails soliciting their services. Emailed them 3 times and called once to ask them to stop--still getting their junk!! Be very careful!!!!

Horrible. We called 72 hours in advance, they tell us we can call and book a car anytime. Then when we call to book a car they say it has to be 48 hours in advance.. Really wish we would have received that info the first time we called. Needless to say I am very unhappy that I was given the wrong info, then had to deal with such a rude woman. Wouldn't even let us speak to a manager to explain our case. Horrible service don't recommend.

I booked Airport Direct in Clearwater for airport Transportation to Tampa and pickup on return in what is advertized as using town cars . Well the one that picked us up was at least 10 years old smelled of smoke and there were even some cigarette buts on the floor, the driver was friendly and on time. On our return pickup as soon as the plane landed and I was able to turn on my cell the female driver was calling and wanting me to feel bad that our plane was 20 mins late but even though she was upset at our 20 mins late once we had our bag she was no where to be found and I had to call her back and wait another 10 mins for her to arrive. Her vehicle was an SUV and full of boxes with only enough room for one bag and a carry on in the back. She then informed us because we were so late she had to pickup another party at the airport as now she wouldnt get back to get him in time. we then had to wait another 20 mins to pickup the other party after the driver got lost in the airport . Lucky for us there was only one person as only the front passenger was empty for him to sit. WE were taken home first at least and arrived about an hour later than we should have . I filled out the survey from Air Direct that came the day after but never heard back with my complaint. Use another company these people are not worth wasting your money .
