It provides various housing, case management, consumer information, food, transportation, and heating and utility assistance programs. Central Pennsylvania Community Action s consumer information program includes energy choice education and budget and credit counseling assistance. The organization also administers a weatherization assistance program that works to reduce the energy costs of low-income individuals, families and senior citizens.
