I've been to the Greenbrier Restaurant many times. I always have had great meals from hoagies to the prime rib. Service is great. We had dinner their last night. We ordered our drinks,I had a glass of wine my husband had a beer. They bring out a tray of veggies and fried meatballs for free. The fried meatballs are so good. We both had a cup of wedding soup the best. We had the prime rib,baked pot.,salad with house dressing I also had a side of blue cheese so good. I brought half of my prime rib home. They know how to feed you good. To anyone looking for a great meal this is the place to go. I'm so tired of the chain places. I only live 20 min from there. I could go to any of the other places,but why when I can get better at the Greenbrier .....

I AM NOT FROM WV WE WERE RIDING THROUGH ON OUR BIKES MY HUSBAND AND I.FROM CANADA,DIRTY,AND SWEATY WE NEED A HOT SHOWER AND A PLACE TO LAY OUR HEADS THE SURROUNDING HOTELS/MOTELS WERE FULL SO WE TRIED OUR LUCK AT THE GREENBRIER.THEY HAD ONE VACANCY (THANK GOD) THE BLACK FEMALE AT THE DESK WAS VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDING,SHE ALSO LET US USE THE COMPUTER AND FAX MACHINE,THE ROOMS WERE AMAZING, VERY CLEAN,SMELLED CLEAN ALSO.THE BATHING AREA WAS SPOTLESS.NORMALLY IN MOTELS/HOTELS YOU CAN SMELL THE SCENT OF URINE IN THE REST ROOMS NOT THIS ROOM. I BELIEVE WERE IN ROOM 24.THE SCENT OF PINE WAS THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE ROOM(HEAVENLY) I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO EVERYONE ALSO THE FOOD IS GREAT THE STAFF IS PLEASANT.AND TO THE LADY BEHIND THE DESK THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR KINDNESS.THERE SHOULD BE MORE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD LIKE YOU PEACHES.TO EVERYONE PASSING THROUGH CLARKSBURG WV AND NEED A PLACE TO STAY, CLEAN ROOMS AND BEDDING STOP BY THE GREENBRIER MOTEL YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

One of the cleanest motels. Stayed Monday through Thursday. Never had to ask for anything. The restaurant was very inviting and the food was delicious. I will be back.

All the hotels in the surrounding area were booked, when I called I spoke to a woman by the name of peaches. Peaches was so pleasant and nice!!! I needed 4 rooms for 1 night with 7 guys, she helped me with everything, after spending 3 hours on the phone with other hotels she was like a sigh of relief! I booked the guys they're rooms and they arrived after hours, their rooms were all set and ready when they got there. They had nothing but good things to say about this place and peaches!! This is a mom&pops type motel with great customer service.

I stayed at the Greenbrier in March of 2010. Very clean and safe place to stay while I was in Clarksburg. I would recommend the place to all my friends if they travel to the Clarksburg/Bridgeport area. They also have a great restaurant on site too. We had the Prime Rib special for only $11.99 it came with salad, baked potato and fresh home made bread. Don't forget to try the fried meatballs they are AWESOME.

in april 2010 i stayed at the motel i was sent by another hotel because they had no rooms.every hotel/motel was booked in clarksburg once i arrived at the motel i saw this old building,i thought for sure it was a dumped.i was greeted very friendly by this black female who was working behind the desk at the time.i asked her were the rooms cleaned? she looked at me with this funny look on her face and said"they better be' i am the one who cleaned them.i believe i waqs giving room 24 as i entered the room to my suprised it looked very clean smelled clean so i said nothing could be this clean not a motel so i did what my mom used to do.the white glove treatment.i could not find a speck of dust,hair etc iwent back and told the lady she should come bank to nc and work for me she said nah she likes where she is at to every one out there if yoiu want and nice clean place to stay while in wv go to the greenbrier in clatrksburg no bed bugs there and you can sleep under the covers
