I've always had great experiences with this JCP location. Friendly sales staff who go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. Even taking clothes off of mannequins if that is the only item available in your size! I would highly recommend this location of JCP!

I have gone to private studios in the past but I had seen some pictures on a website that were JcPenny Studio pictures and they looked contemporary which is what I like.



WELL after an hour and a half of waiting (which they want you to walk the store and not sit in the studio to give other people the idea that they are on time) I was taken back to a cocky know it all photographer who knew NOTHING and the pictures were just about all of the same posing. We spent 15 minutes. FIFTEEN MINUTES after I had waited NINTY.



She told me that all they alot is TEN FOR EACH PERSON (which I guess explains the horific wait time) and that I GOT AN EXTRA FIVE.......WOW...THANKS.....A WHOLE EXTRA FIVE MINUTES.



I was not the only person that was not impressed by this place. A few of the other ladies said "ITS ALWAYS LIKE THIS, AT ALL THEIR LOCATIONS......I JUST COME TIL MY PORTRAIT CLUB RUNS OUT...."



What the heck? I would have gotten a refund on that portrait club and headed to a new studio.



Our family will not be back and I will do my best to lead others to do the same!!
