I've just recently started taking my vehicle to DAVE'S within the past 6 months and all I can say is that the services I received there has been nothing but top notch!!! From the front desk, Jessica, to the mechanic, Dart, and even the Owner Dave, This shop is great, helpful, and a has a real concern in making sure your vehicle runs right! Many friends have recommended Dave's Auto. I am so happy with their service! The mechanic, Dart, took the time to explain what the problem was in my car. Glad he was able to help me because a mechanic from a different local auto shop could not figure out what was wrong. Dart explained everything to me and got the car running like new again! Price was very reasonable. The woman at the front desk, Maria, was also very courteous and caring. Now I know why my friends trust in this team. This place is long on explanation about what's wrong with my vehicle, but short on actually fixing the problem. I can not begin to tell you the number of times that I brought in my car for the same problem. I had white smoke coming out of the tailpipe and my oil level was dropping as I drove the car. Put two and two together and you can see that my car was burning its own oil. They first started out by checking the engine light. It had some catalyst codes and they said I needed a new catalytic converter and some other stuff. I agreed for them to fix the issues. Note: they also said that the oxygen sensors were in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. The same day that I got the car back and drove it away the check engine light came on. When I brought it in I knew from the look on their faces that they were not happy. One of the maintenance guys from the back ran the codes and then a bunch of the mechanics talked and I ended up leaving my car there again for them to find out what the issue was. I came back a couple of days later and they replaced the oxygen sensor free of charge. The same oxygen sensors that they said were good were not replaced. But still the vehicle was still acting up in the same manner. I could even hear the car acting up as I drove it and told them that when I drive the car I can hear a ratcheting sound coming from the engine. I paid $500 for a catalytic converter that did nothing for the car. I could tell that they weren't interested in solving the issues and only wanted to replace more parts and see if that helped. At this point in time I couldn't afford to keep pouring money into this car. I stopped going back to them because they were unable to fix any problems. Also during this time we were alternating bringing in my car for work and my wife's car. She had a clicking sound coming from the front end and they said it was the CV joints. I had researched the issue before I brought the vehicle to them and I agreed as well. They inspected the car and said the CVs were in good shape and were not causing the issue. They said it needed some new bushings which they replaced and to no surprise the issue was not fixed. They were adamant that the CVs were not the problem and wanted to replace some other front end components to which I can not remember the name of, but I know they were going to cost me a bunch. All in all, this place doesn't want to investigate anything that is wrong on the car's after they are brought back. They only want to search for new things to replace so that they don't end up losing a bunch of money. They took a lot of my money that I will never see again and they will never see any of my vehicles again.

Very good service. It is nice to find a mechanic these days that is honest. My family and I take all of our vehicles to him for repair. Highly suggested for your vehicle
