THIS GYM SAVED MY LIFE!!!!! i started at Ultimate Power Fitness about 7 years ago. when i started i was 320 pounds of FAT. i had problems with my knees, back, and neck to the point of not being able to get around. i had high blood pressure and no self-esteem. with a little hard work, great gym partners, and the support of MARY and BOB (owners), i lost over 100 pounds and was able to take back my life!! i can run with my kids, (and keep up) move around without pain, and PEEL OFF MY SHIRT without feeling ashamed!!!!! i know there are other gyms out there but NOT once did i ever feel UNCOMFORTABLE being at U.P.F. even though i was the FAT GUY! everybody there was sooo helpful in everything i did. this gym and the people in it SAVED MY LIFE!!!!!!! to all those people i want to say THANK YOU. now going to the gym has become part of my NEW life and i couldn't be HAPPIER!! thank you MARY and BOB and thank you Ultimate Power Fitness!!!

This is one of the best clubs in Southern Illnois that I have very been in. Lots of room and great equipment. Exstreamly clean!
