Dr. Lewis treated me like family! I was very impressed with his care and commitment to finding the best dental treatment for me! The staff was nothing short of amazing! Very professional and courteous. A true gem in the town of Christiansburg! I will recommend to all my family and friends! I am very hard to please but this office exceeded my expectations!

I have been going to this office for about 2 years now. The dental hygienist is wonderful. I am the worst type of dental patient and she is very gentle and understanding of my fears. The issue I have with this office is the billing. I have dental insurance, and whenever I ask what my bill will be , I am told that my insurance covered the procedure, then I receive a bill. This first bill was over $200, which was a complete shock. I called the office and was told that the insurance only covered a cleaning and what I received was a "deep" cleaning. I had no choice but to pay the bill. I am not happy that the billing staff cannot tell you if you are going to get a bill or not. I like to know what to expect so that I can budget my money. I can't really say anything one way or the other about the dentists because each time I have gone, there is someone new and I cannot remember their names. However, as long as they keep the hygienist, I will continue to go.

Dr. Lewis is very friendly and helpful. He did a great job on my toothache and crown. The staff is great - very helpful and friendly. This is the best dental office I have ever been to!

I feel that this office is disfunctional. There is continuous turnover in the office and the office is very unorganized and unprofessional. No, i would not recommend it to my friends or family.

They say it's okay but then you get stuck with the bill and they expect you to pay everything up front!!! BEWARE!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM,,,,,,UNLESS YOU HAVE THE MONEY TO BACK YOU UP!!
