I bought a Oldham septic air pump and accessories as new and in the box. After it went on the blink, I took it back for repairs. They told me it was a rebuilt unit. They sold it to me as new! I got bombed out of about $800.00. They made excuse after excuse. Even saying that someone must have stolen my pump and replaced it with a rebuilt one. No way!!! They tore it down and said it had water and mud in it. If it did, it was sold to me like that! It has never been wet while at my home. What they gave as excuses was ridiculous. A total rip off. They had to know they were wrong but money over common sense and customer service must be their motto I have to give them one star because the review site will not register unless I give them at least a 1.
