- Kitchen RemodelingThe frontier spirit is alive and well and can be felt all throughout Jonah Bank's newest facility located on Storey Boulevard in the Storey Acres business complex in Cheyenne. The 17,000 square foot structure is comprised of a post-and-beam, steel joist framed, steel and concrete deck, and steel stud framed building finished with decorative masonry stone veneer on the exterior. RCI self-performed backfill, compaction, grading, concrete flatwork, paving, steel deck, and concrete floor slab operations during the initial phases of construction. Structure framing included steel beams, steel columns, steel joists, steel stud framing, and wood roof trusses. Completion of the project saw interior finishing consisting of c.m.u. veneer, cultured stone, storefront doors and windows, wood clad windows, glazing, wood doors, crown molding, acoustical ceiling, granite countertops, decorative laminates, and wood outriggers, trusses, and columns. This project was recently completed in 2009 and is highlighted as a showpiece of RCI's capabilities and talents.

- Residential Roof RepairBuilt initially for a group of private investors in October 2000, the current public city facility is a 45,000 square foot block masonry and steel bar joist girder building with rubber roofing. Inside, a special laser precision concrete slab was poured to facilitate an ice sheet for winter sports along with overhead doors for maintenance equipment. The Center also houses full service locker rooms with showers, stadium bleachers with ADA compliant elevator access, concession stand with seating area, laser tag room, game room, and administrative offices. On the exterior, RCI facilitated the placement of a miniature golf course, concrete pads, asphalt, and landscaping. RCI was the CMAR on this project and led the design team alongside Grey Wolf Studio Architecture. Randy Richardson, Clay Weibel, Kathy Sitzman, and Charlie Swainson were all assigned responsibilities for this project.

- MasonryThe Sierra Trading Post complex in Cheyenne is our featured project and a proud accomplishment among the RCI family. In 1992, RCI completed a warehouse and retail masonry block building for Sierra, the first among many future projects. The first phase of construction created a 36,000 square foot facility, with 30,000 feet for the warehouse section and 6,000 feet for the retail store. In 1996, an additional 36,000 square feet of warehouse space was added, with another 40,000 square feet built on in 1999. Since 1992, numerous internal remodels and additions have been completed by RCI to include three photo studios, a call center, buying department offices, additional retail space, a data center, and administrative office space. Multiple mezzanines have also been constructed within the original building to provide Sierra with even more fulfillment capabilities. In 2002, Sierra saw its business expand even more and again contracted RCI to construct a 345,000 square foot tilt-up concrete fulfillment center adjacent to the original facility. The fulfillment center houses several levels for storage of retail product and multiple loading docks for delivery and shipment. Also built for Sierra, but not pictured, were an additional retail store and custom house in Cody, Wyoming used for entertaining clients and outdoor expeditions. Sierra Trading Post is a valued returning customer and all projects stand as a true testament to the quality and craftsmanship provided by RCI.
