These guys are decent and honest people. I brought my 2010 Dodge Challenger in for a/c problems and they fixed a rather complicated problem quickly and for a reasonable price. I won't go anywhere else.

Great people. Quality service at a fair price. They go the extra mile to please their customers. They picked my car up at my work and had it ready at the end of the day. Great complimentary cookies and joe while you wait.

If I were talking to my friend about this business, I would tell them: "Don't go there!" I called on Monday and made an appointment on Tuesday for a 1:00 state inspection. I tried them last year and the experience was sufficient so I thought I would try them again. Terrible mistake! Especially for me because I am disabled and my husband was recently released from the hospital after being there for 4 months. I had to bring my husband and 4 year old daughter because I did not have anyone available to care for them that day. After much work, we arrived in the office of Patton's at 1:09. I rushed in and appologized, "I am so sorry we are a little late!" I introduced myself and Mr. Patton said, "I give up appointments after 5 minutes. I have to give my guys work." I said, "What? I left my phone number. Why didn't you give me a chance and call me?" He said, "I have that policy because I have to give my guys work. You can wait here until 2:00 and MAYBE we can work you in." I was very distraught! We weren't even 10 minutes late. I looked at my poor husband and said, "I can't make him wait that long! He was released from the hospital April 29th and is disabled. I am disabled too; it is very hard for us to get out." Mr. Patton's eyes darted to the handicapped parking space to make sure I wasn't lying. Of course I was parked there with a valid permit. I was even more upset after seeing him do that. I gathered up my family and left. I sent him a letter yesterday asking for an appology and he never sent me one. Very disappointing! Please don't go there. Thank you for reading my review, and I hope I spare anyone else from this kind of treatment whether you are disabled or not.
