My personal experience with Esprit Décor has been nothing but positive, professional, friendly and accommodating. Customer service is not only top-of-the-line, but Mark, the representative, has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. In my first attempt to “build my own” dining room chairs, he has guided me through the selection of fabric, based on the type of chair I’ve selected (after considering at least 400 styles!) and colors in my dining room. He has offered his expertise without me feeling rushed or that he is just out to make a sale ~ it is evident that he genuinely wants to satisfy his customers. To be honest, I am not sure I would have as much patience with me as Mark has demonstrated because I have changed my mind several times over the last couple of weeks. We all know of furniture store sales personnel that only have patience with customers if the sale is a sure deal and it’s quick since they work on commission and time is money. Although this is my first experience, I would highly recommend Esprit Décor to my friends and family and I will definitely be a repeat customer without hesitation.

If you are looking for carpeting do not buy it here. Very poor installation quality and getting them to provide service after the install to fix the many issues is impossible. Look elsewhere.

We waited more than FOUR MONTHS for our replacement Bassett barstools that cracked within the first 5 weeks of normal use. They had some cute furniture on the floor but god help you if you order anything custom. It was four months of "I'm checking" and "I'm waiting for a response". The one star is for the fact that we were not charged for the replacement of items that were obviously not the quality one would expect for the price. Will not be a repeat customer or recommend to anyone.

This place lacks customer service! No one acknowledges you walk in. You can't find anyone in the store to help you. And once you do...they are already busy at the front desk looking at catalogs for other people. You stand in line and still they don't talk to you. They don't make commission...so why else would they would care less if you buy from them. Using a groupon....they treat you differently as if I'm stealing the product and not paying a cent for the purchase! Making a big purchase...they shake your hand and have a happy smile. I saw it with my own two eyes as I was treated differently. This store reminds me of USA Baby...bad customer service, and from reading the reviews....can not promise delivery due date.

Made the mistake of buying a couch and loveseat from this place. We had bought several furniture items there before. Had to order the furniture - no room for negotiation on price or delivery charges. Told that furniture would be delivered in eight weeks. At the seven week point we started calling...very rude service, even spoke to the manager/owner of the store. No furniture at the eight week point. After nine weeks, got a phone call it could be delivered on a Friday. After checking our schedule, called them back an hour later. We were told we "missed our window" and now could not get it for three more days. Again, no break on charges of any kind. I was disappointed at how they treated a repeat customer buying over 2K worth of furniture. Never again with this place!

Ricky and his staff have an awesome selection of all kinds of furniture. I have bought a bedroom suite, a kitchen pub table and recently they were able to order the exact outdoor/sunroom furniture I wanted. They delivered it, set it up and I also got a great deal. I would definitely check them out if your are in the market for any kind of furniture. They have something for everyone.
