General Info

Started in 1896 in Getaway, OH, and moved to Chesapeake in 1925 in the building which currently hosts the Chesapeake Village Hall. After a natural gas explosion in 1942, the funeral home moved to its current location and has expanded and renovated facilites over the years. We have a deep heritage of caring for our community as we were the first funeral home in Lawrence County
