Brought my 3 anitque clocks in for repair. 2 needed cleaning and 1 needed substantial work to the body. The estimated cost to clean the 2 clockes was $256.73, and the cost to repair the other one was $202.11. Although these numbers seemed very high to me (at least on the two that needed cleaning), I needed the work done and I was already at the repair shop with the clocks in hand. I was told it would take 2 - 3 weeks for this work to be completed and that they would call when ready. After TWO MONTHS of not hearing anything, I called asking about the status and was told that NONE OF THE CLOCKS had been looked at yet, much less cleaned, set or repaired. No apology whatosever. Incredibly disappointing. Incredibly unprofessional. CAN NOT RECOMMEND.
