I'm an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in bodyweight training for health and athleticism. My mission is to empower people to reach their fitness and health goals through functional training, proper nutrition, and strategic lifestyle habits. In short, I help you to reach your highest level. A well-balanced, challenging fitness program can not only transform your body, but also develop the mental toughness and physical strength it takes to overcome life's obstacles. Primastrong fitness programs focus on enhancing mobility, joint integrity, movement variety and coordination, core strength, aerobic conditioning, and full body functional strength. The programs also provide improvements in energy levels, sleep quality, cardiovascular health, fat-burning, posture, stress reduction and confidence.
