      ACAC Fitness and Wellness Centers offers a wide range of programs, including basketball and volleyball, dance classes, cooking classes, golf training, swimming lessons and martial arts. Its personal training program includes general exercises, medical issues and performance training. Its general exercise includes weight loss, senior strength training, stress reduction, fitness for beginners, flexibility and stretching, sculpting and toning, and posture and alignment exercises. ACAC Fitness and Wellness Centers also offers classes, such as hatha yoga, body pumping, meditation, asthanga yoga, cycling, vinyasa yoga and water exercise classes. It also has a cafe center that provides soup, salads, sandwiches, ice cream, steamed vegetables, chicken salad and chocolate syrups. ACAC Fitness and Wellness Centers is located in Charlottesville, Va.
