Provided by YP.comBeing nearly the only show in town, this company can slack on customer service. On the phone (they annoyingly use speaker phone) they talk over the customer, rush them through the logistics of the move, and speak condescendingly. I will use another mover and tuner in the future because in my opinion, good manner matter.

Provided by DexKnowsWhat a nice time I just had at Charlottesville Piano with the owner Mr. Shaw. He's a piano reconditioner, and he showed me how he restores pianos. Wow. It takes 3 months!!!! Anyway, I didn't feel like I was being "sold" a piano. He said "The piano picks you" and I agree. One picked me :) Like a puppy at the animal shelter. I went to other stores, but they came at me like a used car salesman, trying to sell me something frankly I did NOT want. So if you want a really great time shopping for a piano - this is THE place.

These guys are the absolute best, most professional, polite, methodical movers I have ever seen. 2 not so large men picked my grand piano like it weighed nothing, moved it down a flight of stairs and into my new home effortlessly. They even dusted it off when they were done! And it didn't seem expensive at all. Wow! WOW!
