Bishop Gadsden's wellness program offers various opportunities to enhance residents physical, social, spiritual and emotional well-being. Its holistic program is comprised of exercise options, including land- and water-based classes, personal training, massage therapy, relaxation techniques, nutrition counseling and a wellness lecture series, all delivered by a professional staff. Its wellness center is equipped with senior-specific, strength-training equipment, recumbent steppers, treadmills, bicycles and stretching apparatus.
