I give this business 3 stars only because I've been able to find some decent deals in here, such as a pack & play and infant swing in good condition for half the cost of new ones. The clothes are a little pricey considering they are used. I have to agree with a few other reviews in regards to the owner/manager. I live in Charles Town so I've been here a handful of times and it seems like the times she's been there, she came off as very rude. I brought my 2 year old in with me once, in her stroller, and at the check out she said hello to my daughter. Before checking out I spotted a winter coat I was interested in and unstrapped my daughter so I could try it on her and like 2 year olds do, she ran off toward a toy. The owner looked down at us and said "Oh and now you're running free..." in a very condescending way. So instead I put the coat back, grabbed my child and checked out without another word. If you run a clothing store for children, you may want to have some patience with them. I could understand if she had been terrorizing the place and pulling cloning off the rack, but she was out of her stroller for a few seconds before she made the comment. Overall the other employees have been friendly, but the manager/owners attitude I've seen makes me not want to give this place my business.

Worst Store and employees I walked in and no one helped me at all. What they were doing was talking about a customer that I say walking out as i was walking in and they were not nice at all. The prices on the clothes were very high. I saw a couple of pjs for my 6 month old and they were priced at 4.99 and pretty beat up. You can buy the same ones at Walmart for 7.99. What is funny, my husband was in this store a couple of weeks prior and he said, the girl came right over and was showing him anything he wanted and was very helpful. I do not plan on going back

I LOVE this store; it's the best second hand shop I've visited. The employees are very welcoming and always eager to help! I don't know how they keep everything straight but they do an awesome job at it! Major props to them :)
I live in Maryland and I travel to Charles Town quite often. My best friend introduced me to Wear it again kid and I've been there a few times and purchased from there once (so far). The first time I purchased from there my friend and I arrived maybe 15 minutes before they closed. We tried to hurry through the racks just out of respect but not once did anyone say to us to hurry up so that they could close the store which I thought was very nice. The racks are very organized according to size which is very helpful and unusual to find in a consignment shop. Most consignment shops I've been to were very messy and not organized at all. I do wish someone would have come and asked me if I needed help finding anything but that does not affect how I feel about the store because there are a lot of shoppers that would prefer to be left alone. Overall a Great store with reasonable prices and Great selection.

I've had wonderful experiences at Wear It Again Kid, both as a consigor and a shopper. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. There are always new items to browse through and the pricing is very fair. My kids have a great time "testing" the toys before we buy, too!

I have been in this store several times despite the fact that it's quite a drive for me and I have several baby consignment stores in my area. They have a nice selection and their prices are reasonable as consignment stores go. I do find some higher end items, such as Hanna Andersen, Janie and Jack, Kissy Kissy, etc. but it is mostly Carters and your average brands - which is fine. I have to say that I completely agree with the previous reviewer who says the owner is rude. Blonde lady, late 30s, early 40s, I believe. I encountered her on a Saturday afternoon while I was in the store with my husband and infant. She was totally unfriendly. Since that time, I have encountered other staff who were much more helpful and nice. But the owner leaves much to be desired in the way of customer service. Despite the good deals, regrettably, I am likely to not return. Too many businesses like hers are looking for customers in this economy. I'd rather spend my money where it's appreciated.

The owner of this store is very rude! The customer service skills of the people that work there lacks a lot!
