      General Info
      Standard operation: illini PUB cycle is a 15 passenger. PEDAL-POWERED BAR on WHEELS. TOURS are 90 minutes long. We presently offer city tours through downtown and campus. We typically operate from march through november (weather permitting). This is a BYOB entertainment experience. YOU must Bring your beverage of choice. Which MAY include alcoholic beverages. We provide a cooler and ICE on board. Arrive AT least 15 mins early and assemble AT 505 S. Chestnut ST. Champaign. Il 61820 in FAT city until YOU hear OUR HORN! PRIVATE group tours: a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 people are necessary to book a tour. ( UP to 10 CAN pedal. 2 side seats DO NOT pedal and UP to 3 CAN FIT on the rear bench) YOU must reserve your tour a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Unless YOU have requested and been approved otherwise by US. Canceling your tour will result in a 50% cancellation FEE. If weather impedes or ruins half or more of the tour. Your tour CAN always BE rescheduled AT a later date. If YOU DO NOT meet the minimum of 8 riders AT arrival. Your tour will BE canceled and NO refund will BE GIVEN! TOUR insurance CAN BE purchased for group tours to minimize your risk with weather. (please read more BELOW. ) INDIVIDUAL seat TOURS: ALL individual seated tours are scheduled AT 7:00 PM Friday and SATURDAY! THESE individual(s) tours are for people wishing to ride. But NOT having the minimum of 8 people necessary to validate a tour. An Individual(s) tour must still accumulate 8 people to ride. Because there are only 10 pedal stations. We have to operate on a first come first serve basis for seat selection. Show UP early and GET a pedal station if you'd like to pedal. For an individual(s) tour. We encourage YOU to sign UP for ONE of the individual tour of your choice. If the tour has NOT MET AT least 8 riders. YOU will receive notification from US. And your tour will either BE refunded or rescheduled. YOU must reserve your tour a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Unless YOU have requested and been approved otherwise by US.
