Great family practice. Dr. Negron ROCKS!!! So do many of the dental hygenists and even the office employees are nice. They are completely fair and always presenting the dental plan prior to charging or proceeding with services. You just wont find a nicer dentist that Dr. Negron. Lyndsey in the office is uber sweet! They were not mean when appointments for our big family have needed to be moved.

My wife and I have been clients of that place for almost 2 years and every time I go there or my wife, I feel that they are ripping me off. They also pushed the 1400$ deep cleaning onto my wife and they keep pushing for antibiotics for her teeth and fluoride. Every time I go there is always a charge that is not covered by my insurance. I never had this problem with my previous dentist. Stay way this place is too money hungry.

If you're looking for a clown show, this is your place......otherwise, keep looking for another dentist. Host of issues with these people, and I only had 2 appointments there. Something that was told to me was going to take 30-45 minutes took 2 hours and still wasn't done...I finally had to leave and come back another time. They tell you that they take Blue Cross / Blue Shield, but then tell you afterwards that it's out of network and you'll pay a lot more. Most importantly........I went in with my teeth feeling fine, and left with them hurting now for 2 months.

I went to Front Street Family Dentistry over a year ago mistakenly thinking they would be a reputable place since they are right in the middle of a Celebration, which usually has standards for businesses. I was told they accepted my insurance, no problem, both over the phone then on appointment day. Then I had xrays taken, a cleaning, and then was told all of the dental work I supposedly needed. AFTER the services were complete I was told they do not accept my insurance and everything would have to come out of pocket, no discount. I paid, but I told them to never contact me again. I went to a REAL dentist who was appalled by the quality of xrays and had to retake them, appalled by the quality of the cleaning and re-did it, then told me 90% of the work they said I needed was unnecessary (including a root canal and crown). I legitimately needed a couple filings replaced and the price quoted to me at the REAL dentist was about 25% of what Front Street had quoted me, even after they admitted to not accepting my insurance. Did I mention the receptionist told me they ”don't like dealing with insurance companies”? Bottom line is they set up shop in the midst of people in Celebration who make a higher income overall so they can do crappy and unnecessary work to make a few bucks. They should be ashamed. In addition, they won't stop calling me, emailing me, and sending brochures despite over a year of telling them not to. Thanks for reminding me to write this, Front Street.

This should be there name. If you have lot of extra cash this is the place that will take it. When in for am six month check up and cleaning all paid for by my dental plan. After three hours left with nothing. No cleaning unless I wanted to give them$1400 not covered by my insurance company. I felt I was being ripped off and will not go back.
