So, my family and I decided to go out to dinner tonight... since all three kids have different tastes, we opted to go to Ryan's so everybody could get what they want. That was a huge mistake!!! We waited almost 10 minutes in line! I would've understood that if it was busy, but there were tons of tables open and only one family in line before us. The cashier just walked away for a while. After we finally pay we move on to get a table. I should mention at this time that while we were finally getting rung up, the cashier asked where he knew me from. I figured it was probably Wal-Mart since I have been there forever, so I suggested that. He then said "Yeah I was a cart pusher for you, but then I just quit because it was winter and to cold". Seriously?!?! That is nothing that I would think you would want to proudly announce while at your new job! Anyways, back to Ryan's... I go up to help my youngest get some food and as we were walking around I notice that there are A LOT of empty trays just sitting there. I get him a little salad and then move on to where the fruit/pudding/potato salad is and there are the trays of pudding with nothing but small streaks of pudding showing what would was in them. The fruit was disgusting looking so we move to another table where we are greeted with an empty tray of rolls, disgusting looking mashed potatoes two pieces of really old sad chicken. No french fries or anything else he would really eat. Couldn't find a waitress to get us milk so the boys end up with Sprite. Basically there was no food that you would expect at a buffet. My husband gets a piece of chicken and halfway through eating it sees that it is RAW in the middle. I go back up later to see if anything has been refilled so I can get something to eat... they have like 3 rolls but no butter... by now I am fed up! Wlmy youngest asks for more salad... there is NO LETTUCE, RANCH or CROUTONS!!! The pudding never got refilled... absolutely the worst experience we have ever had there. I have noticed that the quality had slowly gone down but I think they have officially given up. Oh and I forgot about going to get drinks and finding no glasses, both drink stations had standing liquid on the floor so you were sloshing and at the same time sticking to the floor. We asked for a couple of kids cups and we're informed that they don't make them anymore... I don't want anyone to go through this. Honestly, I believe that since there is only one other affordable big buffet in town that Ryan's had literally stopped trying because we have no other choice. Maybe if enough people see this and agree with me they will finally realize that crappy food & service will not survive in this town even if it is our only option!

use to come almost once a week to eat me and the wive been a long time ago don't know what it cost anymore so we have'nt been coming need to find out the price of your buffet so we can come again.

Since it reopened and was remodeled it's been even better! Love steak and shrimp nights. Makes feeding the family easy with lots of variety and seating!!! Breakfast buffets are cheap and delicious too!

The food at this place is just exceptional, Rayns has almost all types of food for everyone of all ages, the very young to the young at heart.
