I was satisfied with the service and the worker fully explained what the problem was. I was 2nd call that day and he was held up on his first job and was 1 1/2 hrs later than expected.

Mr Brandon m was our service man for today.very personable man and was very knowledgeable about the kitchen faucet he was installing and the questions we asked him while doing his job. he was very efficient in his work that he did for us.we would recommend Brandon m and whoever he works for!

Chris S. has provided service for us twice in the past month for two different plumbing problems. On both visits he was friendly and professional, explained the problem and how he would correct it and the cost of options. He suggested other services for us to consider but wasn't pushy, only educational. Master Plumbers and Chris will be our plumber of record from now on.

Cooked carrots went from garbage disposal, to plug up the sink's drain. Neither a drain cleaner, nor a 15-ft snake helped. Our situation escalated when our 1st floor washing machine also backed up, sending all of its rinse water to the laundry room floor and basement below. The next morning I called Master Plumbing (who has helped us in the past), and was told to expeot someone that afternoon. At 1-PM Rod Zimmerman arrived as promised. He first evaluated our situation, and determined where he could best access the connected drains. He brought in an electric snake and resolved our primary issue without any further mess. Hooray! While working on the drains, he asked if we had any other issues since he was already here. I asked about sump pumps & he said he could check it. (Our's rarely ran, but it was over 20-yrs old!) He confirmed it still worked, but was no longer efficient. Waiting until it died would not be pretty! Rod was very helpful & I was glad to get it fixed too.
