I agree with what the previous customer wrote.

The absolute worst! They could not even put Microsoft Office on my new computer, I had a neighbor's kid do it. I use them as I am computer illiterate, but just dread dealing with them. They never once after the 15 times I took my computer in the store told me there was a hardware problem. I looked it up on the internet about a constant freezing up problem that there may be hardware issues. Sure enough....a black screen. Yup, 2 days after I had taken the computer in for repair again. Ugh!!!!!

This is probably the rudest group of employees and managers. As soon as I walked in I was blinded by the burnt orange skin from every male that worked there over 45 from a tanning bed. I've been to Best Buys all over the U.S. and this one, by far is the worst.



They have the attitude that there above everyone in the world, because there a manager at Best Buy. First of all, go get a real job, Best Buy was meant for teenagers and drop outs. The worst one, who gives a new meaning to helping a customer, was Eddie I wanna say. He literally told me that I was a hick that couldn't speak right, when he was the one that didn't finish high school, (I'm a college grad).



He was making a reference to the state that I had recently moved from.



Basically, if you want crappy customer service, and to verbally be abused, go to the Best Buy on Lakeline, they will do just that.
