Our favorite Chinese restaurant!!! They serve the best tasting Chinese food ever!!! Not to mention they give you large portios...more than enough for a second meal. Love em! Highly recommend this place! JWS

Very happy with the food and the service. The cashiers and servers were nice and always happy to give me whatever help I needed.



As for charging more, Moon Wok has never charged me more for tip than I decide to give, even when I don't give any at all. I have had a credit card problem with them before, but I was assured that it is a pending transaction and the overcharge mistake is the credit card company's fault. And as they said, the charge cleared up within a few days and I was charged the amount I agreed to.



Sometimes the wait for food is long, if it's a busy hour, but that's to be expected from a restaurant that makes the food after you order it.



Price is great and portions are always huge. I think you can share 1 order with 2 people. If you have leftovers you can always take it home. :)



I have had the hunan chicken (lots of different types of veggies & yummy chicken), lemon chicken, sweet and sour chicken and sesame chicken. All of it is very good. :) I do have to say that the fried rice that comes for free with the dishes doesn't have meat or veggies in it, so I actually prefer the steam rice.



Overall, I would recommend this place for great food for a low price. :)

A little pricey, but you get A TON OF FOOD!!The service was fine with a polite delivery guy.Food was hot and fed the whole family. And had left overs!

We have ordered food from this place several times. We just ordered a meal and had it delivered. They made a mistake and forgot the SWEET and SOUR of sweet and sour chicken. The manager, Jim, told us that if we took it back to them, he would credit the $2 delivery fee. We told him it was their fault and we just wanted to get credit. He told us that he can't do that and hung up on us. We called back and told him that he hung up on us and he hung up again. Their customer service sticks and you can find many reviews that indicate this. Now we have to find a new place to eat.
