Very friendly and professional. Quick to respond to maintenance issues and solve them. Even hired a company to plow our snow this year. Thank you!!

By far the worst place to rent from. When we first moved in they told us the house had been sitting a while since the last people left. Well they weren't lying. The house had empty cups and bowls everywhere, there was trash on the floor, the least they could've done was vacuum and make it look presentable since we are paying for it. We called in the very beginning of living here to have them come fix our leaking sink, and 2 months later it is still not fixed. Not only that, our washer machine was broken for almost 3 weeks, after calling them the day it broke. Our washer broke again, a sheet got stuck in the bottom of it and since I "washed that certain sheet" I have to pay for it to be fixed on my own. If I would've known the terrible service that ERA provides I definitely would not have rented from them.

This is by far the worst rental agency I have ever dealt with. They have lied to my face on more than one occasion and to my family. They seem to think they can take advantage of a young college girl trying to get every bit of money they can, but as soon as you bring in a guy and call them out on their lies they try to back track. I will never rent from ERA again and will tell my family and friends not to do so either. Heck I will shout it on the streets at this point. We could never get anything repaired and lived without heat in the coldest month of the year for three weeks. It took numerous calls for them to finally come to do something about it. It was colder in our house than it was outside. Then once it got warm we asked them to come hook up our swamp cooler again, they told us it was not hot enough for that yet. Once it got to an unbearable temperature in the house we called them twice more and were told the repair man was coming. He never showed and never showed then two weeks later when he finally did we were informed that ERA had never contacted them until two days before. Upon moving out we were told everything was fine with the house then almost two months later received a notice that we owed them a lot more money. The charges they had made did not match up to our lease at all and they even contradicted themselves in their own paper work, we are currently trying to fight these charges. This has been the biggest hassle ever. They just give you the run around and tell you to come back at another time because the person you need to talk to is conveniently not there at the moment. In the end they are a bunch of thieving liars and I wish I could give a negative rating cause heaven knows I would.

Wish I could rate them negative stars. This has to be the WORST place in the world. They lady at the front desk has lied to me and my friends numorus times. I received a $250 from Home Owners Association. I told them I never received any rules or regulations so how was I suppose to know what I was doing wrong? The lady swore up and down she was talking with the president of my HOA about it and said I still had to pay and said he did not want to be contacted. Finally it bugged me enough I went to a neighbor and asked who our president HOA was and he pointed to the house. I went and knocked on the door and a nice man let me in and they were actually having a HOA meeting. I told them what happened and they said they never once talked to ERA about any of this and that ERA was suppose to give me a list of rules and regulations. So they handed me a set and told me to not worry about the fines. I went immediately to ERA to tell them this was all taken care of. They still tried making me pay saying they received a letter from them that morning saying I had to. It felt like I was dealing with kindergartens trying to explain to them how I just left the presidents house and they said they would drop it. Pretty much what I'm saying is.... Live in a box on Main Street before renting from these thieves.

I will never ever rent from these people again. They are lying thieves and will take you for all you've got. Everything that the person below said happened to my family. I'm sure they would have taken the clothes off of our backs if they could. If I could give them 0 stars I would but that's not an option.

Run from this rental agency, they are thieves! They make fraudulent claims when you move out to keep your entire deposit and they bill you for $1000+ more. We took pictures when we moved out and none of their claims add up to our pictures. Then when you contact them to find out what is going on they tell you that you need to talk to someone else is who always conviently never there and never return your calls. Also, they claim that their leases are for 12 months but in reality are for 13 and they refuse to prorate for the 13th month. The place we lived in had foundation issues and was infested with carpenter ants and black widows. After numerous complaints they sprayed only once.

Less their your last resort I wouldn't consider them. I've been renting places to live since 05, been in three different states and more towns than I want to admit. Out of all the places I've been they are by far the worst. Over priced, the places they rent are some what up to standards. The place I rented had no screens, when I asked for screens The decided to staple them to the wood windows and consider that good enough. Got hit when I moved out because the back weed patched hadn't been watered. When I asked about the out side hose bib not working was told it wasn't there job and that I was supposed to water the patch still. I took a picture of it the first day, have a lab that was running around it and couldn't see her over the weeds. Basement flooded more than once and they never fixed/cleaned up anything. There's more reasons not to rent but I at the character max for this web site.
