I have been wating for over 2 weeks for a phone call and hear nothing

I had a sleep study performed here almost two weeks ago. They said I would receive my results in about a week. Well it's been one day shy of two weeks and I have heard nothing. When I called, I never received a return call letting me know when I could expect them. I think they lost my results. This was a repeat because they were too noisy the first attempt and I couldn't sleep. I am not happy with the way they ignore people.
