I recently traded cars with Leith Volkswagen and had a pleasant experience. I worked with Forest and he was very pleasant. I was given a fair price for my vehicle and the vehicle I purchased was priced fair as well. My only issue was the time it took to get into the finance room. The wait was excessive in my opinion, but over all it was a good experience. I'm waiting on a second remote for my vehicle, but I think they will come through for me.

I purchased my fourth Volkswagen Jetta 2012 in August 2012. The sale person was Ken Hall the buying experience was excellent. In the past I had my VW from Southern State in Raleigh, NC which was a very bad experience, two VW Jettas and one from Bill Cadillac from Greensboro, NC I also had a very bad experience.
