      2929 South Grand Avenue is the new location Smith Midwest Real Estate in Carthage, Missouri. After having been at their previous location just west of the courthouse in downtown Carthage for more than 3 years, Kip Smith, Owner and Broker, recently moved his firm, Smith Midwest Real Estate to their 2929 South Grand Avenue location. In 2006, K.P. ( Kip ) Smith opened Smith Midwest Real Estate. His business strategy was and still is "We want to get the job done and our number one priority is our customers". Learning from his mentor, Donal M. Myers a long time Carthage Realtor/Broker, K.P. Smith has redefined real estate in the Carthage and surrounding areas. As quoted in the Carthage press in early 2006, "We are just getting started" means constantly improving, growing and changing as the market requires. K.P. Smith believes in Carthage, born and raised here, he has focused his business around the support of this community. With his wife Sharron and their four children, they stay active in the Carthage School System, and The Rotary Club. Smith Midwest Real Estate is the exclusive selling agency for the "The Villages at Rollins Creek", a retirement community located here in Carthage. This community is made up of high end new construction condominium town homes for the 55+ group and features a club house with banquet facilities, a private library, a work out room, a heated pool and putting green.
