I just started going to Curves and I love it I just hope my body will start showing a difference I have never worked on a machine for only 30 seconds at a time and got results. I thought you needed more time so we will see in about 1 month if it is changing my body and toning me up. The employees are all very nice and friendly, I love it mostly because it's only women and the women are real people trying to lose weght and tone up.
