We specialize in Start Up and Small Business Human Resources, LLC opened its doors in 2008 to service the needs of the small to medium businesses, which do not have access to a full-time human resources representative. Companies of all sizes and industries that have employees will encounter the need to establish guidelines and procedures for its employees. When a company expands and needs to bring on an employee, that’s when human resources services come into play. We provide these services: • Develop policies, procedures and performance management systems for businesses without full-time human resources department. • Develop / communicate / administer Human Resources policies and procedures, including employee handbooks • Provide advice and counsel to managers regarding personnel practices, policies and employment law • Provide job specifications and job descriptions • Classify employees and contractors in compliance with FSLA and IRS requirements • Develop manager and employee training
