Quality work but the communication between sales and operations was not good. The sales guy did a great job of writing up our fence repair work but it did not get translated to the workers. I had to stay with them all the time to make sure they did what we wanted done - which they did. All in all it was good but you need to stay on top of them and make sure they do what is ordered.

Long Fence completed a screened-in porch and deck for our house. The quality of work was excellent and everyone who has seen the work has been really impressed. They took the time to come up with a great design and then were very thorough with the finishing touches. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services. Edgewater, MD

I recently called Long Fence to replace old pavers that were installed incorrectly and sinking. With great attention to detail, they pulled up the old pavers and re-installed(correctly) the new ones. We also have a Long Fence surrounding our pool. Our past experience has always been more than satisfactory.

Long Fence has installed a Fiberon deck, pavers, and pvc fencing for my yard. Their installation on the pavers was a better method using crushed stone compacted instead of stone dust. We also had them install an ornamental fence around a pool. My neighbors seem to use them too.

This company is NOT TRUSTWORTHY. They took my money and blew me off. The representative that came to my home got lost after she got my money. They promised to do a professional job but did not. Today is September 25, 2010 and I am still waiting to enjoy my sunroom that I was suppose to have ready to enjoy this summer. Long Fence do not care how they treat customers. When they started the project in May, Long Fence subcontractor would only show up one or two days a week when they did show up. (some weeks they would not show up at all). They have gone as long as a month before showing up for work at my home. Today is September 20, 2010, the subcontractor showed up and said they were here to finish-up . The unfinished siding was poorly done. They would not address the squeaky uneven floor, underdeck plywood installation, nor window frame over arch window. Long Fence was sited five different times by the county while working on my home. install incorrectly.

This company charges premium prices with no concern for quality or correctness. They started putting up our fence 5 FEET off of our property line, then wanted to charge us $1300 to correct their mistake! I would NEVER do business with this company again.

This company does not care about customer satisfaction. They only care about getting your final payment. Beware- do not make your final payment until all work is completed to your satisfaction. After they receive your final payment, you can be sure your problems will not be corrected! Withholding your final payment is the only way to get their attention if you are unsatisfied with their work or product!!!

In 2007 Long Fence and Home sided my home. All of my trim and wood was covered with a vinyl coated metal that was custom flashed to my home. The result was incredible. My neighbors have had to paint 3 times since while I will never have to paint again. The final job made our home the "best looking and best maintained home in the neighborhood." Our house value also increased and our neighbors were green with envy.

I had windows and patio doors installed in October 2005 by Long Fence and Home. Immediatley my gas and electric bill went from $200 a month to under $80. My sound or outside noise was totally eliminated. I used to hear the trash truck 2 times a week. Now I sleep soundly. The comfort in my home is outstanding Long Windows proved it to me and more important, they proved it to my wife. She did not believe it until she saw it happen for herself. TMy salesmas knew his product, the installers showed up on time, the job was completed in 1 day and it was perfect. I lole the windows and I have recommended them to 5 of my family members too. I would recommend everyone take a look at Longs Windows.

I had my home remodeled with a New Kitchen, Windows, Doors and siding in 2006 and ever since then my heating has more than DOUBLED in the winter and the windows arer NOT sound proof like I was told they would be. What can I do about this, when I called there I never got a response, this seems to have to been a lie all around with the guarantees and all. I have been advised by a lawyer that maybe I should consider a Law suit since there was a lot of money put into this job with BAD results.
