We are an accounting service with specialized training in Quickbooks. We have over 25 years of accounting experience as well as a bachelor?s degree from Hodges University. In addition to Quickbooks we also have experience with PeachTree and Microsoft Accounting. Enough about us, this is what we will do for YOU: We will help you develop an annual budget, which will provide monthly and annual reports showing actual cost versus your budget. We will help you develop a business plan that will be used as a guide for the growth of YOUR business. We will bring YOUR financial statements up to date, if necessary. We will review YOUR current accounting system and identify areas of improvement for internal controls. We will review YOUR expenses and identify cost saving opportunities. We will work with your insurance agent ensuring your annual cost is kept to a minimum while keeping adequate coverage. We will work with your CPA and internally prepare the information they need from you keeping your costs to a minimum. We will meet with your CPA through-out the year so there aren't any tax surprises at year end.
