I have been to pitchers in the cape a few times now and other places the waitress are good for most part but the manager Danah was outstanding how many managers at a place like crab shack or any place like yours. Take the time to make sure the customers are enjoying them selves and just take the time for a simple smile being how busy you all were is remarkable it's not like your your at a Bob Evans where there is time for that it's truly a very great manager that into today's society when most people don't takel the initiative to be part of the customers for most people's altitude is not about going the extra miles it shows here tho just by the customers smiles

My friend and I had lunch at Pinchers today and couldn't say enough about the ambiance, food, service and location. Our view was of the marina and couldn't be surpassed with the palm trees swaying in the light breeze. The menu was superb with a large variety of entrees and appetizers. We are already thinking about going back and bringing friends.
