I have 2 Jack Russell mixed dogs and they have always hated getting their nails done to the point where the vet had to muzzle them both. I took them to PetSmart and "Michelle" did both dogs with the grinder with no muzzle, no trouble and best of all no drama and the dogs actually had a good time. I will not go anywhere else for their nails now that I have PetSmart (and Michelle). The prices are extremely reasonable too!

Employees are not really helpful.Went into store to apply for a job The Manager acted like i was wasting his time and wasn't even nice Just told me with a angry tone they weren't hiring. people there seem to have a attitude and not a lot of knowledge of pets whatsoever.

i went to Petsmart to day to get my dog's nail's cut.. my dog does not like you have any ont touch her back end she goes nut's so some one told me to take her to petsmart and my little baby was just fine she did not even try to get away or bite any one.. So petsmart is for me.. Thank You PetSmart..

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PEOPLE ARE NOT HELPFUL OR FRIENDLY, I WALKED IN THERE WITH 3 DOGS AND NO ONE EVEN CAME UP TO GIVE THEM ATTENTION (YOU'D THINK PEOPLE WORKING AT A PET STORE WOULD LOVE ANIMALS). I WENT TO PETCO AND EVERY EMPLOYEE STOPPED TO SAY HELLO TO MY DOGS. I DIDN'T FEEL VERY WELCOME THERE. AND THE EMPLOYEES DIDN'T HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE. WOULDN'T GO THERE AGAIN UNLESS THAT WAS MY LAST CHOICE. THEY HAD A GOOD SELECTION OF LEASHES AND COLLARS BUT NOT BONES.

Very helpful people, they really know their fish. I'm glad they opened a store in Cape Coral too. Brilliant store.
