Would give zero stars if possible! Worst service I’ve ever seen! I’ve been here over 3 hours already just for a license replacement! Every time they text me with a wait time, they add another 20 minutes! I guess this is the price you pay for losing your license!

Came to get drivers licence. It was really crowded, but clerks were working fast. I entered a document check line. The clerk didn't even bother checking my documents. Ended up waiting 2 & half hours and getting told that I need an original paper of my birth certificate and not a copy. Second clerk was nice enough to give me a return pass and skip the wait when I come back with my birth certificate.

Terrible experience!!! Over 2 hour wait for 22 customers in front of me.

Clerks need more training, very slow in processing customers. Also, the entire SOS office stopped for 3 to 4 minutes as the clerks tried to kill a flying bug.

Hard to tell how many clerks on duty due to clerks walking away from there seats... I think 7 were working, but only 1 was working - she was closest to the window... She was averaging 10 minutes per customer...

I just came from the Canton office and would like to comment on Bev. She was very polite and helpful. I'm not saying it was a pleasure to be there but if i have to I would say she would be my choice worker.

The employees here are fantastic. They keep the line moving and are very effective.
