I have taken a few rings and Chip (owner) requested more gold. So I took more gold and it had more diamonds in it. My design is not ready and I never received a call like I was promised. I has to call. My design and my jewelry is still not in the wax for viewing as promised by Chip (owner) and posted sign stated. Thank God, I had another jeweler to review my jewelry (I also have pictures of my jewelry). I am disappointed so far. Do not promise if you can not keep your word.

These people were very rude to me and sized my ring wrong. They also never called me when my ring was done getting sized like they said they would. I had to keep calling and checking in. As far as I know they are the only jewelry store in Cabot, but I would suggest going elsewhere if you don't want to deal with rude people.

I just got a toe ring there and didn't have a problem. FYI - guy with the long hair no longer works there. They did some other repair work for me and did a great job!

I recently purchased a toe-ring from there. If the guy with the long hair isn't there, come back when he is though. The owner is not happy to have to be touching your feet, but the other guy doesn't mind.
