Definately the best fitness classes. The instructors mix things up all of the time so you never getthe same old workouts. I have been to Prevail...their instructors just seem to do the same oldthing and don't present much of a challenge. When I work out at the community center, I know mymuscles are responding...I can not only feel it but I can see it.
