      No customer service. Arrived there between 6:30pm and 7 pm. Sign said open but no one was around. The bubble board said if you need a room call one of two numbers and a person will be there to give you a room. We called both numbers and got answering machines. We left a message and got no one ever called us! I highly recommend using another provider. If not, make reservations in advance, get there before 4:30PM, and hope for the best!

      Our resort property starts out with Smoke Hole Caverns, the brand new gift shop, the main office, and our log motel being located on the same property. As you travel 2 miles north you will see separated the Smoke Hole Log Cabin Resort area and the Smoke Hole Cottage area.
