Jim Mosier has tuned and taken care of repairs on our piano for 20 + years. I have an antique, piano that has been handed down through generations. Consequently,I have always been very careful about its care. Jim is a true professional with exceptional ability. He has an excellent "ear" for tones. He understands the structure and interactions of the parts of the piano and can explain them clearly. He has genuine interest in and "love" for the piano. Jim has a friendly, caring personality. We are more than satisfied with his work!!

Jim Mosier has kept our two pianos in good repair and in excellent voice over many years. This has been very important to us and to our son, Michael, especially, since he has grown up with these pianos and is now on music faculty at the University of Virginia. Dear Jim, Your reminder to have our piano tuned reached us at our new home in Florida. The Baldwin Acrosonic that you took such good care of was donated to the Uniterian Universalist Church of Amherst and is being used as an accompanying instrument in the chorus rehearsal room. A lady we both know well - Marie Zak is in charge of the piano's maintenance. If you should ever consider relocating down here - the land of heat & hurricanes, there's a virtually untapped source of revenue awaiting you. The tuners we've engaged to set up our used Yamaha baby grand were unbelievably inept. We've just had to put up with their efforts until we can have the job done right. Best wishes , Bob Buckley
