After reading the review below, I have to say I feel the same way. The workouts are good but they are not user friendly nor are they accommodating. Moved on to somewhere else and much happier.

Be forewarned they will change the class schedule, so if you happen to have any prior commitments or work scheduling issues you are still required to pay your membership, they only let you quit if you move and prove it with more documentation than the DMV requires, 2 different doctors (we all know how difficult it is to get in to see one doctor let alone 2 different ones) or if you die and I am sure they will then require pictures and numerous doctors pronouncing you dead. It is also quite expensive. You would be better off at a gym that offers classes or another place that will at least work with the people who have to go to work.

This is a great martial arts school. They offer the most authentic training style in Buffalo. the instruction is tough, challenging and most of all rewarding. I would recommend this school to anyone that is looking for true kung fu and/or tai chi training.

This is a great place to learn traditional Chinese Kung Fu and Tai Chi. The staff is friendly and the training is intense. Everyone at Gold Summit Martial Arts is there to help you succeed in training and in life. The school offers tough and complete training including eastern philosophy and wisdom.
